Members notice a clean entrance and clean glass every day.

The problem

What gyms deal with

Members walk through your entrance twice a visit and touch your glass every time. It is the most looked-at surface you own.

High-traffic dirty entrances

Smudged glass and doors

Grimy sidewalks and lots

How we help

House Washing built for your property

That green film on the north side of the house is algae, and blasting it with high pressure will wreck your siding. We use a soft wash instead. Low pressure, the right cleaner, and it comes off clean.

Your siding does not need brute force. It needs the right cleaner and a light touch. Our soft wash clears the algae and pollen that build up on the Triangle and Johnston County homes and leaves the surface streak-free.

Safe for your siding

Low pressure means no cracked vinyl, no forced-in water, no damage.

Kills the algae, not just rinses it

Our cleaner treats the growth so it stays gone longer.

Brighter house, same day

Most the Triangle and Johnston County homes look years newer in one visit.

Plant-safe process

We wet down and protect your landscaping before we start.

Whole exterior, one visit

We can pair siding with gutters, windows, and concrete on the same trip.

No ladder scars

We work from the ground where we can and protect what we cannot avoid.

The result

What changes after we leave

This is what your gyms property looks like once we are done and back on a schedule.

  • Entrances that stay clean through peak hours
  • Glass and doors without handprints
  • Sidewalks and lots free of grime

Process

How our House Washing works

1

Protect the plants

We soak nearby beds and shrubs first.

2

Apply soft wash

A gentle cleaner goes on to break down algae and mildew.

3

Low-pressure rinse

We rinse from the top down for an even, clean finish.

4

Final check

We look for any missed spots and touch them up.

Pricing

What it costs

House washing in the Triangle and Johnston County prices off the size of the home, the number of stories, and how much growth has set in. A single-story ranch is the low end. A two-story with heavy shade and a lot of trim runs higher.

What moves the number
  • Square footage and number of stories
  • How much algae and mildew has set in
  • Amount of trim, soffit, and detail work
  • Whether you add gutters or windows

Questions

House Washing for Gyms, answered

Will it hurt my plants?
No. We wet and rinse your landscaping around the work so the cleaner does not settle in.
How long does a house wash take?
Most the Triangle and Johnston County homes take two to four hours. Larger or heavily soiled homes take longer, and we tell you that before we start.
Do you clean the gutter faces too?
We rinse the outside of the gutters with the house wash. Brightening the gutter face to clear the dark stripes is a separate step we can add.
