Pressure Washing for Retail

Storefronts and walkways set the tone before a shopper reaches the door.

The problem

What retail deal with

Shoppers decide whether a center is well run before they finish parking. Clean walkways, clear glass, and a lot without stains do most of that work for you.

Leasing agents photograph the walkway and the lot before they photograph anything else. A vacancy that shows badly online stays a vacancy longer, and the carrying cost of one extra empty month is more than a year of keeping the center clean.

How we help

Pressure Washing built for your property

Most of what darkens a slab is alive. Algae and mildew root into the pores and hold water there. Through a Triangle-area summer that spreads, and a surface that stays damp is a surface that has started breaking down. Cleaning it is maintenance, not decoration.

Every surface on a property has a limit. A brick walkway will not take what a poured pad will. We start by reading the material, then set the pressure and the cleaner to match it. You get the buildup gone and the surface still whole.

Safer footing

We clear the slick algae that makes walkways dangerous when wet.

Price set before we start

You know the number in advance and it does not move.

Right pressure, right surface

We adjust for concrete, brick, or pavers so nothing gets etched.

Woman-owned and insured

You get a real person on the phone and full coverage on the work.

Process

How our Pressure Washing works

1

Walk the surface

We check the material and the worst spots before we start.

2

Pre-treat

We apply the right cleaner to break down algae and grime.

3

Clean

We wash at a pressure the surface can take, edge to edge.

4

Rinse and check

We rinse it down and walk it with you.

Pricing

What it costs

We price the surface, not the hour, so a slow job is our problem and not your invoice. Square footage sets the floor. Heavy algae, rust, or a long hose pull from the nearest tap is what moves it up.

What moves the number
  • Square footage of the area
  • Rust or oil that needs its own treatment
  • How far the hose has to run from the tap

Questions

Pressure Washing for Retail, answered

Why does my driveway have stripes after a wash?
That is wand marking, and it happens when flat work gets cleaned with a spray tip. We use a surface cleaner on driveways and patios so the whole slab gets the same treatment at the same rate.
How often should I pressure wash in the Triangle and Johnston County?
Most Triangle-area homes do well with a yearly clean. Heavy shade or lots of trees can push that to twice a year.
Do I need to be home while you work?
Usually no. Most exterior work only needs access to an outdoor spigot. We confirm what we need when we schedule.
Will you kill my plants?
No. Beds get soaked with plain water before we start and rinsed again after, which dilutes anything that reaches them. If something is fragile, tell us and we cover it.
